Had the following problem when workspace one 3.3.4 cluster hadn’t been shutdown correctly (The Environment is VCF 4.2):
NSX site was down:

Each identity manager site was down on each of the three nodes:

The fix came from vRealize suite lifecycle manager.
In Environments:

Click on the three dots to bring up a menu

The power off failed for me the first time around, however if i shutdown the VM’s from vCenter the power on was successful using lifecycle manager.
The power on process has a number of remediate steps built in:

From now on I’ll make sure to power on and off using lifecycle manager 🙂
